Gísli Hauksson - CEO, B.A Economics. Gisli was Director Fixed Income Sales at Kaupthing in Iceland from 2006 until founding GAMMA early in 2008. He worked at Kaupthing in London as Head of Fixed Income and FX from 2004-2006. Previously he worked in ALM at Bunadarbanki of Iceland from 2001 and headed FX and fixed income liability management for companies and municipalities. Gisli has been a frequent speaker and panelist in conferences on the Icelandic economy both in Iceland and abroad e.g. in Euromoney Bond Congress in London. |

Agnar Tómas Möller - CIO, Fund Manager, B.Sc Engineering & M.Sc. Engineering. Agnar manages GAMMA: Iceland Fixed Income Fund and GAMMA: Iceland Government Bond Fund. Agnar has worked in the Icelandic financial markets for 9 years, first at Bunadarbanki of Iceland and then Kaupthing. He started in research and risk management where he was responsible for quantitative engineering and software development work. From 2006 until starting GAMMA he worked in fixed income sales and trading.
Agnar has been part time teacher at the University of Iceland for years. |

Guðmundur (Mummi) Björnsson - COO, B.Sc. Engineering. Mummi was Head of Derivatives at Kaupthing from 2006 until joining GAMMA in Sep 2008. At Kaupthing he was responsible for pricing, structuring and risk managing derivatives on FX and fixed income. Mummi started at Bunadarbanki of Iceland in 2001 in FX and derivatives. Gudmundur teaches at seminars for the FSA-Iceland derivative test and been part time teacher at the University of Reykjavik. |

Jon Sigurdsson - Business development, B.Sc. Business. Jon has extensive international experience in corporate finance. He worked in corporate finance at both Bunadarbanki and Landsbanki and was involved in a number of large international transactions. In 2005 Jon joined Stodir (formerly FL Group) first as Head of Investments and then later as Deputy CEO and CEO. At Stodir Jon was responsible for a number of large investments in both listed and unlisted companies. Jon has been a board member in numerous companies e.g. TM, Icelandair Group, Glitnir Banki and Refresco. |

Valdimar Armann - Fund Manager, B.Sc. Economics & M.Sc. Financial Engineering. Valdimar has 11 years experience of financial markets and worked as a senior inflation structurer at ABN AMRO in London from 2003-2006 and then as Head of Inflation Products USA at ABN AMRO in New York from 2006-2008 until moving to RBS in Greenwich trading inflation derivatives. He has been responsible for developing and structuring inflation linked derivatives as well as trading and risk management of inflation derivative book. Valdimar started his career in Bunadarbanki of Iceland in 1999 and has published numerous papers and is a frequent speaker at conferences. He co-authored chapters in two books published by RISK books: Inflation Linked Products and Inflation Risks and Products. Valdimar is a part time teacher at the University of Iceland. |

Lydur Thor Thorgeirsson - Fund Manager, B.Sc. Engineering & MBA. Lydur has over ten year diverse experience in banking and most recently worked for the Resolution Committee of Kaupthing in asset management and recovery. Prior to Kaupthing, Lydur‘s focus was mainly on corporate loan recovery. Lydur has furthermore experience in leverage finance, investment banking and risk management. During his career he has worked on several restructurings across a range of industries and has administrated corporate credit evaluation in several European countries. Lydur has taught several training courses on valuation, leveraged finance and due diligence at Icelandic Universities. Lydur has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Business. |

Ásgeir Jónsson - Economic Advisor, B.Sc. Economics & Ph.D. in monetary economics. Ásgeir started as an assistant professor at the department of economics at the University of Iceland. In 2004 he accepted the position of Chief Economist at Kaupthing Bank, then the largest bank in Iceland, and in 2006 he became the Head of Research at Kaupthing. After the banking collapse in 2008, he became the Head of Research at Arion Bank, the restored domestic arm of Kaupthing. Ásgeir left Arion Bank in early 2011 to return to his position as the assistant professor in Money and Banking at the University of Iceland as well as becoming an economic advisor to GAMMA. Ásgeir has won several academic awards and studied in the US under both the Fulbright Program and the American-Scandinavian Foundation Fellowship. He is the author of several books and numerous articles on topics ranging from banking and finance to economic history and literature. He has also written several books about the Icelandic economy and economic history. His latest book is about the banking collapse, "Why Iceland," was published by McGraw-Hill in the US. |

Ingvi Hrafn Oskarsson –Cand. Jur. Law degree (University of Iceland), Attorney at law, LL.M (Columbia University Scool of Law), M.Sc. in Finance ( London Business School). Ingvi provides GAMMA advise on legal and compliance matters and works with GAMMA on corporate finance advisory tasks. Ingvi is a partner at GHP LEGAL ehf. a Reykjavik based law firm. His practise areas are primarily M&A, banking reglulation, investment funds law, restructuring and bankruptcy. Ingvi worked in the Icelandic financial markets from 2004-2011 at Glitnir/Islandsbanki as e.g. project manager in Corporate Finance and Executive Director of the Legal Department. From 2000-2003 Ingvi was political advisor to the Minister of Justice. Ingvi has been a lecturer and adjunct at the University of Iceland. |
